The method is exactly the same, only castor oil is used instead of water. This method may reduce the time in which moles are removed as there are effectively two active ingredients instead of one, so double the amount of work is being done to be rid of the mole.

Apple cider vinegar can also be used instead of water; however the concentration of the vinegar should be chosen carefully which can make it hard to find the right mixture.

If the person does not want to use a band aid, they can simply use the method above twice daily and leave it on the mole without covering. As a person sweats throughout the course of the day, the ingredients of the paste may be washed off or even rubbed off beneath clothing. For this reason, the treatment may take slightly longer to work, but eventually, the moles will fall off.
