This should be repeated daily for a week to ten days until the skin tag falls off.
Citric acid found in lemons and other fruits may help to decompose the cells within the skin tag.
To use lemon juice on a skin tag simply apply the juice of a fresh lemon to the clean tag using cotton wool and leave to dry. By doing this each night, a difference can be seen in the tag within days and shortly afterwards the skin tag will be removed altogether.

Just cut the banana peel into pieces and use a band aid to secure it to the skin tag, with the inside of the peel making contact with the skin. Leave overnight and repeat daily until the tag falls off.
Using dental floss is the one of the most popular remedies for skin tag removal at home to date. Unlike some other remedies, this method can be used on skin tags all over the body.
Simple concept, but somewhat tricky to do depending on the location of the skin tag, the idea is simply to tie the dental floss around the base of the skin tag as close to the body as possible, ensuring that the dental floss is tight. After a few days, the tag will be visibly smaller and some people may choose to cut it off but many more decide to leave the tag alone until it eventually falls off. This normally takes between one and two weeks.
Castor Oil and Baking Soda
The combination of castor oil and baking soda is used for many skin conditions.
Mix baking soda with water to form a thick paste and apply to a clean skin tag. Cover with a band aid and leave overnight. In the morning, remove the band aid and rinse the area with warm water. This should be repeated nightly for a week to ten days until the skin tag falls off.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is another ingredient which is known to be beneficial for a number of other skin conditions including removal of warts, acne treatment and many more.
To use the vinegar, clean the wart with soapy water and leave to dry naturally. Apply the vinegar directly onto the wart using a cotton wool ball, rubbing it in circular movements. If this is done often throughout the day for a week, the skin tag should fall off.
To obtain juice from an onion, chop the onion and leave in a container with some salt overnight. Once the juice has been obtained, apply it directly onto the skin tag in the evening and cover. In the morning, remove the bandage or band aid and rinse with warm water. Repeat nightly.
Pineapple juice can also be used for skin tag removal and is considered a very effective remedy. Juice from a fresh pineapple can be applied to the skin tag two or three times a day, without rinsing. After 7-10 days, the skin tag should disappear.

In the case of skin tags, taking some crushed garlic and applying it to the skin tag before covering it with a band aid will see the removal of the lesion. The band id and garlic must be changed three times a day.
Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe vera gel can be massaged into the skin tag daily. This plant is very effective and that is why so many skin care products include it in their formulas.
The best option is to obtain fresh gel from a plant but if this is not feasible, gel can be bought cheaply from any pharmacy. There are also many natural creams that contain aloe and you can easily find them.

Vitamin E oil
Rubbing a small amount of vitamin E oil, which is widely available for a small cost, onto the tag twice a day for between one and two weeks will see the disappearance of the skin tag.
Though this treatment is said to be effective on its own, many people combine vitamin E oil with garlic and leave the treatment overnight.
Rubbing raw ginger slices on skin tags for a few minutes frequently throughout the day is said to cause the tags to fall off within two weeks.
